What do you find most rewarding about the work that you do?

The thrill of turning ideas into reality is what fuels me. At EHS Support, I lead a dynamic process that takes innovative concepts through ideation, design, and development to deliver solutions that solve real client challenges. Since joining in January 2025, I’ve spearheaded initiatives to streamline operations and advance sustainability, driving my passion for creating value that benefits both our clients and EHS Support’s mission.

What are you currently working on?

I’m focused on expanding EHS Support’s offerings to meet evolving client needs. We’re enhancing our already outstanding data services offerings with advanced analytics and streamlined processes to serve more clients efficiently. I’m also supporting our solar team to broaden our solar and storage solutions, making clean energy accessible to a wider market. I’m partnering with our due diligence team to deliver smarter reporting tools. We are developing innovative strategies to maximize the value of unused or underutilized client properties. Starting in Q3, I’ll explore AI-driven solutions to further elevate our service capabilities.

How can our clients benefit from this service/particular innovation?

Our expanded offerings deliver tailored, high-impact solutions for clients. Enhanced data services provide actionable insights to optimize operations, while our solar and storage solutions help clients achieve sustainability goals with cost-effective energy options. Our due diligence tools offer more comprehensive, clearer, faster reporting to support informed decisions. By transforming underutilized properties into valuable assets—using strategies like land donation or developing alternative revenue models—we reduce client costs and liabilities while boosting community impact. These innovations drive efficiency, sustainability, and profitability, and align with our commitment to delivering exceptional value.

What advice do you have for recent graduates?

I had a very non-linear path out of college. Navigating the transition from college to the professional world can be challenging, but there are key strategies that can help you succeed. Regardless of the role you find yourself in, becoming invaluable often comes down to working diligently, communicating clearly and frequently, and focusing like a laser beam on the desired outcome. This approach helps to cut through distractions and drive success in any project.

Additionally, learning to genuinely appreciate the time, talents, and energy of those around you, and communicating that appreciation regularly, fosters a positive team environment where people feel heard and valued. We often spend more time with our co-workers than with our own family! Creating value in your work, both for yourself and your company, is crucial. The more value you create, the more opportunities will present themselves.
