What do you find most rewarding about the work that you do?

In my role, I work on a wide variety of projects, each with unique challenges and diverse teams of talented individuals. I enjoy collaborating with teammates and clients to understand their questions and come up with creative, data-focused solutions.

What are you currently working on?

I am working with a client to build a database of their historical site data and to develop an interactive, web-based dashboard that will allow them to visualize and explore information about their site on demand. I’m also supporting the kick off of several projects we have recently started managing, which involves assessing the state of their historical datasets, establishing workflows for future data collection, and evaluating what tools might provide value to the project.

How can our clients benefit from this service/particular innovation?

I think the value of high-quality data and robust data analysis is being recognized more widely than ever before. I get excited about providing both internal and external clients with the ability to easily access and explore their project’s data. Thoughtfully crafted, self-service tools empower users to make informed decisions and help them efficiently answer time-sensitive questions.

What is a little-known fact about you?

As a senior in college, I led a week-long new student orientation program for approximately 500 incoming first-year students at my small, liberal arts school. I enjoy welcoming people into an organization that I’m excited about and helping them find a home that suits their individual skills and interests. The skills I honed during that program have served me well in EHS Support’s summer internship program, where mentoring recent grads has been a rewarding experience.
