EHS Support recently assisted a client in complying with California SB 261 by conducting a comprehensive climate risk assessment. EHS Support evaluated the client’s exposure to both physical and transition risks associated with climate change by conducting a scenario analysis and referencing industry best practices to identify vulnerabilities in operations and supply chains. The project culminated in a detailed report aligned with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework, providing actionable recommendations for risk mitigation and adaptation to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance long-term business resilience.
