EHS Support provided product compliance services to a national apparel retailer in response to adopted state regulations associated with per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The scope of work included developing a vendor survey to collect information needed to comply with PFAS in apparel regulations. To support the survey, EHS Support created an online product compliance database to track vendor survey responses, individual product statuses in the supply chain, and compliance certifications received from each vendor. The dashboard included a regulatory matrix and timeline to track apparel regulations across several states. This effort resulted in our client achieving and managing PFAS compliance in their supply chain.
