EHS Support was engaged to assist a client with a significant data quality review for an existing analytical chemistry project database being used to support expert witness testimony and reporting. We conducted a systematic review of the project database, including a programmatic comparison of results against more than 120 historical source reports. The review identified widespread errors within the project database. We developed a clear, actionable strategy to correct the errors in the project database, including detailed documentation of the process, and ultimately took over ongoing database management for the project.
