Reynolds has over 30 years’ experience in the environmental industry, including liability transfers, risk management, consulting, and engineering. Over this time, he has developed and managed environmental financial products for major projects throughout the United States. In addition, he has hands-on experience as project director for several remediation sites in both North America and Asia.
